Description:
The sea-view residence LUXOR, equipped with pool, is situated on the sea front to the beach of Bibione Spiaggia, in a very central position next to the main street - shops and nearby to the Bibione thermal baths (spa) at about 600 mt. The holiday home LUXOR is composed of 3 buildings with one entrance (served by staircase and elevator). The shape of the residence is as Y-form with the main block-apartments and the pool-terrace facing to the beach. It is built on 5 floors and provides comfortable apartments with partial sea side view balcony or front sea terrace (see type C6F) where views can be different depending on the location and the floor of the flats.
Availability of studio, one-bedroom or two-bedrooms apartments, all modern furnished with:
- kitchen equipped with refrigerator and freezer-cell also with micro-wave;
- living room with couch;
- satellite TV;
- bathroom can be equipped with shower tray and curtain or with shower-box;
- air conditioning;
- safe;
- balcony furnished with table and chairs;
- 1 covered and reserved parking place.
The swimming pool for adults is integrated with kids pool and has a solarium with sunbeds. At disposal to the guest there are a small laundry room with coin washing machines and a relax room with children's playground. At the reception of the residence is available a free WIFI connection. In front to the LUXOR summer accommodations, there is a beautiful sea view promenade suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. The good position of the residence is ideal to enjoy the wide golden beach of Bibione and to have fun during the summer evenings thanks to the central location.

Final cleaning: it is included. "Final cleaning" includes: disinfection of the bathroom, living room and bedrooms, checking of wardrobes, cleaning of floors and surfaces, and replacement of mattress covers and pillow protectors. Final cleaning does not include the kitchen, its components, or waste disposal, which remain the responsibility of the guest. Any costs related to the cleaning of unwashed dishes, pots, pans and tableware, as well as the cooking area, refrigerator, furniture, and the removal of rubbish left in the apartment, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: included in the price from around mid-May to mid-September;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment (credit card);
Bed linen: not included - customers must bring the own sheets or hire them on site;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels or hire them on site;
The tourist tax (local tax) is not included and must be paid on the spot on arrival (2025 - Euro 1,15 night / person from 4 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights). |
