The residence VILLAGGIO LIA is located about 700 m. from the beach of Bibione Spiaggia, near the center and the Terme of Bibione, about 200 m. from shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
The apartments of the residence LIA are two-room apartments located on the ground floor with fenced garden or on the first or second floor (without elevator) with balcony, furnished for outdoor dining and with view over the swimming pools.
The flats of the holiday home have simple and functional furnishings and are equipped with kitchenette with large fridge, microwave oven, bathroom with shower and washing machine, TV, safe, air conditioning and balcony or garden.
At the center of the small rectangular-shaped residence are the terrace / solarium (without sun loungers) and the 2 swimming pools: a round shallow one for children and a larger one for adults.
External car park reserved for residence customers.
Small and medium sized dogs allowed on request with supplement.
Medium quality (the apartments can be furnished and equipped differently, according to the tastes of their owners).
