Description:

The apartments TIZIANO are placed into two adjacent 4-storey buildings with lift, situated at about 100 m from the beach and close to the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. 
All holiday flats have TV, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer cell, microwave, shower box and balcony furnished with table and chairs. Only the apartments of entrance B (Scala) provide also with satellite TV and free Wifi.
1 reserved parking place.

Medium quality (apartments can be differently furnished and equipped on the base of the taste of the owners).

SERVICES INCLUDED in the price:
1 beach voucher for 1 beach umbrella + 1 deck-chair + 1 sun lounger (from the 4th row onwards, subject to availability, when the voucher will be redeemed at the cash desk on the beach) - approx. mid-May to mid-September.


SERVICES ON REQUEST (to book in advance and pay at arrival):
- baby cot (for children up to 2 years): Euro 4,00 / night (min. Euro 25,00);
- final cleaning carried out by the cleaning staff: type B Euro 50,00, type C Euro 60,00;
- bed linen rental: Euro 10,00 / person / set;
- towels rental: Euro 10,00 / person / set;
- additional beach service (mid-May to mid-September): Euro 67.00 / week | 1 parasol + 1 sunbed + 1 deckchair (from the 4th row, subject to availability when the voucher will be redeemed at the beach office).

Consumption: gas, water, electricity supply is included;
Final cleaning: the flat is delivered clean and in order and must be left in the same conditions;
Beach service: included in the price from around mid-May to mid-September;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment;
Bed linen: not included - customers must bring the own sheets or hire them on site;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels or hire them on site;

7 nights from 15.06.24 to 09.08.24 | arrival and departure day: Saturday

The tourist tax (local tax) is not included and must be paid on the spot on arrival (2024 - Euro 1,00 night / person from 4 years - will be calculated a maximum of 10 nights).
