The new residence IRIS SUITE (year 2020) in Bibione Spiaggia, is located in the center (Via Pegaso), a few steps from Viale Aurora, the shopping street and about 300 m. from the beach.
The IRIS SUITE apartments, 16 suites of about 30 m2, are furnished in a modern style and consist of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a double bedroom in a niche, bathroom with shower box, garden or balcony.
The suites can be on the ground floor with a private and fenced terrace/garden, or on the upper floors (from the first floor to the third floor) with a large furnished balcony for outdoor dining.
The accommodations are equipped with all comforts: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, satellite LED TV, safe, air conditioning system with heat pump (to live comfortably as well as during the summer months but also in March, April and October), Wi-Fi internet connection in the apartment.
The lift is spacious and allows easy access to the apartments also by guests with disabilities.
On the 4th floor at guests' disposal (mid-May to mid-September) there is a panoramic swimming pool (6 m x 5 m; height 1.20 m) and a solarium with deck chairs and sun loungers.
1 beach service (during the summer months) per apartment and 1 set of bed linen and towels for each person are included in the price.
1 reserved parking space per apartment.
